GSI Line Set Duct Cover is a durable protective channel designed to conceal and safeguard refrigerant lines, drain hoses, and electrical wiring between outdoor and indoor HVAC units. It protects against UV exposure, weather damage, and helps prevent insects and rodents from entering the building through exposed openings.
Engineered for both protection and aesthetics, it delivers a clean, professional finish for exterior installations while extending the lifespan of the line set.
Our line set duct cover protects exposed HVAC piping, wiring, and drain hose from weather, UV exposure, physical damage, pets, and vandalism.
It helps extend the service life of line set insulation while providing a clean and professional appearance for exterior wall installations.
The system includes a complete range of fittings to accommodate most installation configurations and is available in two sizes:
• 3″” – ideal for single-zone systems
• 5″” – suitable for multi-zone systems

Wide Temperature Range
-25℃ to 65℃, (-13°F to 149°F) . handling within a temperature range of -10℃ – 60℃ (-14°F to 140°F).
